Q.
I've read over the documenation several times and gone through the
FAQ but I am still having problems. Can I just e-mail you with questions?

A.
Try subscribing to Pancho's Mailing Lists. Chances are you'll get a much
quicker response from the people already using pancho, and may have seen
your problem before.

Q.
I am receiving the error "Received SNMP noSuchName(2) error-status at
error-index 1" when I run Pancho. What is causing this?

A.
This type of error code generally is received when the SNMP community string
is either not correct for the remote device or is not a RW string.

Q.
I am receiving the error "Received SNMP genError(5) error-status at
error-index 1" when I run Pancho. What is causing this?

A.
This type of error code generally is received when the source or destination
file residing in the TFTP directory structure does not exist or has been
given the wrong permissions.

Q.
I am receiving the error "Received badValue(3) error-status at error
-index 1" when I run Pancho. What is causing this?

A.
This type of error code is seen in several circumstances. The one that seems
to be the most applicable is that an ACL or firewall has been configured to
block SNMP (udp/161) packets to the remote Cisco device.
