Question: cisco certified people, i need your help…. pertaining to registration,, read inside for details.?
Hi,

I recently got certified in ccna. i was provided a link to “certification tracking system” by cisco to register with the cisco id in my email id. i did that.

but now i have confusion whether i need to register afresh with cisco.com to access cisco learning network. please suggest as am not sure to where register apart from cert tracking system.

I want to access:
1. cisco learning network community.
2. cisco.com website
3. certification tracking system. — this has been done successfully.

not sure what to use (email id or the user name) to login at the first two sites.
thanks.

PS: by the way i tried to login there it asked me to synchronize account, i did not get with what though. and there was no logout button on cisco learning network.

Follow the instructions on your results sheet. You will need your Cisco ID (starts with CSCO), VUE ID and password. If you dont have create a new account from:

The links that are between routers should use a /30 subnet, or 255.255.255.252

The 30 hosts networks can use a /27 or 255.255.255.224, however 30 is the maximum number of hosts that can be on a /27 network so that will not allow for any kind of growth at all.

as you are a CCNA certified i think you have a chace to get a job, so try to look around.

if you was with a cisco accademy, you can be an alumni, you can do it by accessing your account..there you can find websites offers jobs depending on your locasion.

also look for partners of cisco, on the cisco website, pertners need enginners who are cisco certified..

Question: Please Help Me! How can I access my PC files in my Mac though my Router Network?
I can access the files that are in my Macintosh on my PC, but I can’t do the oposite (access the files that are in my PC on my Macintosh). Please help me. I tried everything I found in the Internet someone please help me do this here. I believe this is all possible because I use a Router to divise my Internet connection for both computers (PC in the livin’ room and Mac in the bedroom.) if I can give them Internet connection that means we are linked in a network that I can also send files. But how? How can I set it up? Please help. Many thanks in advance.

unless you’re running a server operating system on your pc (windows 2000 server, 2003 server, etc), the only “easy” way i know of is to download and install a freeware or trial ftp server program for the pc. then you can ftp from the mac to the pc and download the files just like you would from the internet.

at least that’s how i had to do it… but i was doing it back in the days of mac os 7 and 8. i’m not sure if there’s something easier with X
